The Clubhouse
For many years, Saginaw Field & Stream Club held monthly membership meetings at offsite locations. In 2009, members voted to build a dedicated venue on club property—a decision that has proven to be one of our best. The Clubhouse Hall now serves as the heart of our organization, offering a spacious facility with seating for up to 280, a full commercial kitchen, restrooms, and modern audio-visual capabilities.
Monthly meetings are well attended, complete with dinner prepared by our volunteer kitchen crew. Beyond member use, the Clubhouse has become a valuable community asset, regularly hosting groups such as the DNR, MUCC, Boy Scouts, and our own Venturing crew. It’s also a popular rental venue for graduations, weddings, retirement parties, and reunions, as well as the central check-in site for major events like the Rinehart 100—the largest 3D archery event in Michigan.
Adjacent to the Clubhouse Hall is a flexible group room designed for smaller gatherings and club activities. It’s often used for membership applications, shotgun event check-ins, and browsing donated items available for purchase. The room comfortably seats up to 45 people and includes a fireplace, television, restrooms, and kitchen access, creating a warm and functional space for meetings or events.
Both the Clubhouse Hall and the meeting room are available for rent to members.
